a big ho hum I did think the author was being a bit daring by starting her series after the heroine and the romantic lead had hooked up Apparently, according to Sarah, it was quite the adventure what with her being turned into a vampire and pursued by hunters and falling for a much older vampire named Thierry The actual novel, though, starts when Thierry gets an ass I wanted to like this bookthan I did In fact, I wanted to want to finish it But alas, all I could come up with was a big ho hum I did think the author was being a bit daring by starting her series after the heroine and the romantic back a few years ago I was grateful for the refresher though, as I have read so many books since I was suffering from some confusion Michelle was able to get me back up to speed without bogging down the book so that was a plus I have to say though that after reading, I am trying to remember why I like Sarah before Honestly the woman is insanely naive and far too accident prone Though I was very stone faced as usual Thierry has been offered a new job with the frightening organization full of the creepiest va...I really liked this one Apparently Michelle Rowen has another series of books with some of these characters, but they look like standard chick lit so I ll just go with this series I do love my vampires and putting them ...
